I’ve been a repeat patron of this store since 2009, and unfortunately will never go back. Being in the hospitality industry and being able to recommend coffee shops in local Carpinteria, I will recommend other coffee shops moving forward. It is unfortunate, but this Starbucks location has gone downhill, from customer service to the quality of the drinks they serve. A simple acknowledgement when walking in goes along way. Stood there for close 5 mins while standing ignored. Finally she walks over reluctant to take my order. If customer service isn't your thing maybe find another job.
“ Emely” was super rude! Went to order in person i ordered a latte . I was going to customize it before I had the chance to say anything she replies with “ is that all? “ with a horrible tone!! I had 5 more items I had to order . After every item she said “ is that all ? “ that lady needs to get retrained on her customer service skills !!! Everytime someone came in she seemed visibly annoyed. Her body language was super aggressive!
