The manager (or a leading employee) here is unbelievably rude on a regular basis. Snapped at me for the 5th or 6th time recently today when I ordered a coffee which warrants this review. Mid-20's girl with the dark hair who frequently wears a bandana is rude to people on the regular and as mentioned, has snapped at me 5-6 times while simply ordering coffees. Waited over 30 mins for two drinks. Don’t even know how that’s even possible, it was marked as take out.
The store is great, employees are very nice. The new automated coffee machine for regular coffee is atrocious. It puts out undrinkable coffee.
