heard that this place got rid of best barista who was the sweetest and most jovial guy I’ve ever met 💔, my visits aren’t the same without him - it’s no wonder this place is going into the gutter
unfortunately this starbucks has earned its 1 star reviews, the management is awful. the drinks are expensive and use a recipe, but consistently the recipes are ignored. add-ins or instructions for orders are missed or incorrect. if it wasnt expensive, then it wouldnt matter to make so many mistakes. please train your employees to use the recipes 😩 the consistent mistakes point towards a lack of training
I’ve gone into Starbucks twice over the past two days, and I can confidently say I have NEVER had a more exciting coffee experience in my life... and that’s saying something for a place that sells caffeine.
