I went through the drive‑thru this morning and unfortunately had a very poor experience. The partner taking my order, Sonya, sounded irritated while I was still deciding what I wanted, entered the wrong item, and rushed me through the process. At the window she rolled her eyes, shoved my food and drink into my hand, and slammed the window shut twice — even while I was thanking her. I had good service, a new employee was being trained on register wth limited experience. However, a fellow employee was training and walking him through the process. It made it simple and smooth to oreder. Place is kept on the cold side with lots of "white noise", especially the heavy chairs being pulled across the floor.
