I love going to this location. It’s usually very friendly, but I went today and I had a mobile order and I never have a problem with my mobile orders until today. They tell me my drink comes in hot, but I order every time iced you guys really have to get this mobile order thing down. I visit so often I NEVER have anything wrong til today and not to mention the people I felt with weren’t very nice and barely heard me out
I’ve tried to like this location because it’s so close to my house but god their attitudes absolutely suck here! The first time I came here my drink was made wrong and they told me to come get a replacement another time.. I came back but realized I never got their name so the girl on the speaker made me seem like a liar so that was embarrassing.. and then today I got the same thing I always get. there is a barista there named Kristin, and she is just sunshine incarnate. give that girl a raise 🌈🥰
I love this Starbucks! Drink quality is very good even though it is holiday time ,and baristas are very nice they always greeting me whenever I come to drive thru! I always see warm messages on my cup and that makes my day! I always get my coffee before my work and surprisingly every time when I go there I always see same barista, and her name is Sabina! It is very nice to see her everyday and say hello! Thank you so much for your hard work!
I always get Chai. 9 pumps. Great service! But Since I used to make my drinks, it never tastes like they put 9 pumps. Disappointing but not unexpected.
