I came in at 8:00 PM just to pick up my order, and a woman with blonde curly hair immediately yelled that they were closing even though online it clearly says they close at 10:30 PM. She told me to “go outside” and wait, which honestly made me feel humiliated since I could see another worker still making drinks inside. (The door was unlocked btw ) She never even asked for my name or tried to help, just laughed and joked around with her coworker while I stood outside waiting like I didn’t matter.. This location has always ben consistent with their quality and customer service, for years now.They have even corrected drinks from other SB's locations who failed to correct our order and I am very greatful for this Starbucks
