Great customer service.
Walked 8 blocks to get early coffee before my flight. Supposed to open at 5:00. 5:20 and still locked and silent. On a schedule and have to leave. If you post hours of operation stick to them. People actually depend on what you post. Never Starbucks again. Hire some people who will show up on time!!!
Every time I order through DoorDash, something seems to be missing or incorrect. Today, they left off the whipped cream and caramel—extras that we specifically paid for. I really wish they would double-check the orders before sending them out. It’s frustrating to pay for something and not receive it, especially when this keeps happening.
