Went in for cake pops, left out with a smile.
If you want a place to drink coffee and rest from your downtown walk, this is not that place. No seats, no restroom whether you’re a paying customer or not. Maybe this is the norm in larger cities but I’m from DFW and have never seen such a thing. BOO
I was on a time limit. I had 15 minutes to spare. I was trying to get something before I headed to work down the street and I sit in front of the counter for 10 minutes without being acknowledged. This is unacceptable. If they don’t like doing their job they need to find something else to do and let someone else do their job. This is horrible service.
The staff here are great and very kind. There are no outlets and no chairs.
