Absolutely horrendous service and delivery. We asked for a pumpkin loaf slice and a tall.mocha. No one else in the store. Instead I got a cup of hot milk and banana bread. Took 15 minutes.
Super clean and always easy. Saturday morning rush starts at 0945 and lasts about an hour should be expected to wait 10 minutes, max. They had 9 people humming behind that counter last Saturday. 90% of the patrons at that time are from KC or Denver area. They leave their house at 0500 and all converge on this tiny town in the middle of nowhere. Y’all entertain the heck out of my family, you crazy diamonds! …and, are you in that big of a rush anyways?
The manager, Dot, is absolutely horrible. She’s rude, snappy, and acts like she’s above everyone (customers and employees included.) It’s honestly disgusting how she talks to people. Starbucks seriously needs to get rid of her.
