Serenity Kaylee and DJ are AWESOME!! I had a remake today and the team was beyond patient with me and made it JUST TO MY LIKING!! They made sure everything was the way I liked, serenity was amazing and she was moving fast but efficient, Kaylee remade the drink and even offered a small sample to make sure it was right and dj was very polite
Got delivery, got a bag full of liquid and an empty cup. Got a redelivery of the same order to give them a chance thinking it was the courier. It was not, different driver, same EXACT problem. Wasted my time and my money and got a porch covered in matcha. I regret ordering from this store.
Cameron was amazing (hope I spelled it right) top tier customer service!! I’ve been here before but NEVER experienced such good service at this location like this before! They’re normally nonchalant but today o was met with a smile! We usually go further down to the loop location but will come back thanks to Cameron!!
This location is wonderful! I travel for work and typically order on my app. I ordered to the wrong location and they made my entire order for me. Super sweet employees.
For people wondering why this location had been closed for several days (weeks?), here's the note on the door. I hope they eventually reopen; this location has great employees with quick service.
