Ordered 4 black coffee. One of them is very diluted. Make sure that you check the quality of the coffee while you have multiple orders.
Would give them a zero if I could. My mother brought her service animal in and was interrogated by the male morning manager who’s on a power trip and told her animals weren’t allowed. He was condescending and beyond rude. He did disclose they’ve had multiple health code violations which was even more alarming. The coffee is always burnt and for the price there are so many better local coffee shops. Do better Starbucks
I have been a Starbucks member since 2020. This new location sucks they are ridiculously SLOW I place my order online every time I order and it's never ready and I always get a custom drink and they always miss something the staff is rude and Don't know how to give good service I have to go to a Starbucks out of the way just to get the service I'm used too.
I forgot her name. She was really sweet. Asked me how my day was going. I was honest and told her I bothered about something. She wished me a better day and I felt that. ♥️
