So this is my to go starbucks on my days off but i akways go thru the drive thru an they are always fast an super friendly , but yesterday i decided to go inside the store an order my drink , that was a bad idea i waited over 25 min for my drink , they kept tak8ng care of the drive thru orders an ignoring my order an one other person that had ordered before me , just 2 customers an they made us wait over 25 min , one employee even got 2 drinks made an left i finally got up an stand close to the counter , they completely igno... read more
The staff here provide truly wonderful service! I stopped by for a break the day after the World Cup, before heading out to sightsee in downtown Fort Worth. They chatted cheerfully with me despite my broken English, which made me feel so happy. On top of that, a staff member gave me a really lovely surprise! I regret not catching his name, but if he happens to see this review—thank you so much✨!!!

Love that they don't charge for iced water or a large cup of ice. The girl was very polite. I didn't go inside, only the drive thru
