They ruined my drink. Cold foam was not on top it was in the middle . It looked all mixed up and a mess . Please train people better. I'm only coming when Z is here she's the only one who gives good service and drinks .
Best store in the USA I travel quite a bit and frequent a lot of different Starbucks this team at this Starbucks with the leadership of the manager him and his morning crew is incredible.☺️ They call you by your first name when you walk in they make you feel like you woke up out of bed and just stumbled into the Starbucks that was actually located in your house. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. My daughter is 8 years old and a Type 1 diabetic. Her blood sugar was high, and all we needed was water—we even said we would gladly pay for three water cups. Because of their “new policy,” they told us we had to buy something just to get water. We explained my daughter’s medical condition, and he still said they “can’t do that,” and could only give us one little water bottle to purchase for $3. It’s literally just water.
