I order here semi-frequently but yesterday was the first time I ever felt disappointed in the company/store. A woman walked in and asked for just WATER and was turned away because apparently you need to purchase something to get water...it was 100° outside and she had been in their parking lot with an overheated vehicle. KINDESS is FREE...also I've definitely seen baristas give small cups of water to homeless folk hanging around so I don't see what the problem was this time. Do better.
I spent 20mins waiting on a tall blended drink and what really make me upset the manager herself didn’t ring up what I asked for instead made it simpler to be charged more! They made my drink twice and I asked for a refund. I really wanted my drink to give me a boost of energy because I really enjoy drinking Starbucks but as of today as close as it is to my job, y’all really suck.
