I placed a mobile order, and about a minute or two later, I pulled up to the speaker. I was told that it’s better to place mobile orders 3-4 minutes ahead, and to pull back around. Why would I pull back around when there is NOBODY behind me? I did not pull back around because I would’ve been in the exact same spot because the entire time I was in the drive thru, nobody came in the line.
