Excellent service
Bell was one of the nicest person I’ve talked to. Had a phone call with her because i had a really bad experience with this girl named Jess.Bell was so kind, listened to me, understood my problem and made it up by giving great customer service. Honestly bell is the reason why I will keep on coming to this Starbucks.
I guess I ordered the wrong drink. The iced Americano with cinnamon dolce syrup. Didn't like the flavor. Was too bitter with a bitter after taste. Never again will I order it. Was not welcomed when me and my daughter walked in. My special needs daughter has dizzy spells.So she had to lie down for a moment. I know it was inappropriate but the employee came over to say that there was no sleeping in the restraunt. Which she was not doing. I guess he didn't understand. So I went to the counter to explain.
