I’ve tried numerous times but despite ordering it correctly the way Starbucks wants you to the consistently make my coffee close to scalding despite being ordered ‘warm’. At this point I give up, and it makes me so sad since this is the only coffee shop that’s open on Mon/Tues within walking distance of a friend’s place. This morning it happened again. I am sooo upset with ONE of the girls here! I feel like crying. She basically accused me of purposeful “bonus star cheating/stealing” . I would never do that! When I have ordered a Grande on SOME drinks on the past, there is no option to change cup to Venti (ex: to add extra ice, extra Frap roast, extra shots of espresso, whipped cream, etc), so I’ve chosen “personal cup” @.10 cent discount (which I’m fine to pay).
