I am sooo upset with ONE of the girls here! I feel like crying. She basically accused me of purposeful “bonus star cheating/stealing” . I would never do that! When I have ordered a Grande on SOME drinks on the past, there is no option to change cup to Venti (ex: to add extra ice, extra Frap roast, extra shots of espresso, whipped cream, etc), so I’ve chosen “personal cup” @.10 cent discount (which I’m fine to pay). Better
This used to be a nice coffee shop, but after the remodeling and management change, everything seems to have gone downhill. The coffee has lost its taste, the customer service management is gone, and the overall experience just isn't the same.
