Normally I don't leave reviews unless it was really good or really bad. I did my normal order like usual whenever I go out. A ice coffee and a refresher. My pickup was around 1:33 and I placed it at 1:20. Thats fine. It was busy. However, when I got there, my coffee was ready within a minute. Thats great. That was within the time frame of the estimate. However, I then proceeded to wait for additional 10-15 minutes for my refresher which took maybe a minute to make when they finally got around to it.
