Ordered my drink through the app to pick up in drive thru, like I do, every day. I get to the window and my drink is 3/4s of the way full, a venti, $7 drink. I ask why it’s not how it normally comes and the rude young lady at the window informed me that Starbucks has a new “standard” which is to apparently not fill the cup when you order light ice as a beverage modifier in the app. She says she will pour more milk in my drink (I ordered a drink with oat milk) and that I should have specified I wanted more oat milk in the app... read more
