Delicious pumpkin spice latte
I don’t normally go to this one because of my route to work but today I did. My drink was ready when I came in which of course i was happy with but my banana bread wasn’t. They all looked busy and i am a very understanding person when it comes to stuff like this so i waited a bit then i went up to the counter. Terrible afternoon staff!! Making customers drinks correctly requires reading the ticket . Bring nice is free! Good customer service is also free. If a customer tells you their drink was made incorrectly don’t be condescending. Then to top it off it was still remade incorrectly. This is why you have negative reviews.
