No longer go to this location. The employees are very rude and not sympathetic. I went in to get a drink, but I had to use the restroom very badly before I could order. Mind you, I do not look homeless, and I told them I was going to order after the restroom. Order was placed for a Venti hot caramel macchiato quad shot with coconut milk Miss Maya working the window on 2026 August 9 at approximately 8:50 AM argue the fact that this was a quad shot after repeating extra shot. The drink comes with two shots quad is 4 not an extra shot never corrected the drink ..

I usually do not give out reviews but I went through drive thru and gave them my usual order of a caramel ribbon crunch frappe with extra caramel lining the cup and everything. I mentioned this specifically to the dude at drive thru he said “give me a sec to put everything in”. Dude did not put everything in just your regular caramel frappe none of my mods are put in. Don’t come to this starbucks genuinely :/
