I have been to nearly every Starbucks in San Antonio and can honestly say this one is the best. The outdoor seating could use an upgrade but the service at this location could turn the crankiest Karen into the sweetest Sophie. I absolutely love the staff here, I drive 26 minutes to get to this Starbucks. No they don’t know me or my order. They are just genuinely kind and wonderful not just to me but everyone. Went inside to pick up an order for a customer as an uber eats delivery and had a horrible experience here. All employees standing around attending to drive thru (which wasn’t that busy) and one customer inside. Not one employee greeted me or acknowledged that I was at the “pick up counter”. Several of them made eye contact and then turned their backs.
