My family and I came into town for a little vacation and decided to go to Starbucks for a drink. Little did I know I would end up with an allergy attack because the barista didn't know that there was cinnamon in the Horchata latte. Thanks to my quick family I was able to get Benadryl and prevent a trip to the ER. If you're going to mix drinks you should know what's in them! shame on you!
Griffin and the team provided friendly, efficient service, and our mobile order was accurate and ready on time. Being so close to Fort Sam Houston, it would be great if Starbucks considered offering military discount, but the customer service and great tasting drinks are worth a repeat visit.
Don't come here. They would rather close the entire place and not serve the community for reasons unknown. Went today around 430pm for my favorite iced coffee, just to see 2 hand written (unprofessional) paper signs on the door and drive thru saying they are closed. The hours of operation here say 430am - 1200pm, well no surprise they were closed. I drove a few minutes away and got a drink elsewhere.
