I've had really mixed experiences with this location. When they're on the ball they can be very fast and accurate, but about every 2nd or 3rd visit I'll get my order done wrong (sometimes multiple times), or the wait times will be excessive. The most recent time the wait was nearly 20 minutes, to the point where there was a line in the drive through that wrapped almost around the building. My coffee was magical. The staff was attentive and friendly.
Not open at 5am
I have been to a lot of Starbucks and I must say this is the most consistent one I have been to as far as drinks, food and service. I go literally every single day. The staff never makes me feel like an inconvenience with all my requests and their pleasant attitudes make my hectic day just a little bit smoother. This location has a core group of very good employees that I hope get recognition for their stellar work. I can’t name all of them but if I say “good morning, can I get a venti iced shaken espresso….” They’ll know!
