When you walk in no one says hi or acknowledges that you came in. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes before anyone came to take my order. There were at least 5 people standing around doing nothing but the gentleman at the drive through came over to take my order while also taking orders for the drive through. This starbuck will 100% always mess up your door dash order. Dont even bother trying. Today i ordered the new Ube Coconut drink just like the menu sets it up with the exception of i swapped milks.... they gave it to me with no coconut syrup at all. So disappointing. Its honestly on me because I need to learn my lesson to stop even bothering to go here or have door dash delivered. I just want to state that I went in this morning, at 6:49am and asked for a venti dark roast with 8 raw sugars, steamed almond milk and sweet cream cold foam on top. The young girl with the glasses who rung me up, pointed and told me they had sugar over at the station. I told her I knew that, but I like to get it in underneath the stuff I add on it.
