Updated 3-13-25 Just seems to me that this particular location lacks customer service. I haven't been to this location since my original review 11 months ago however I decided to give it a go. Since it's literally 2 mins from my work location. I drove up ordered my coffee just plain black which is usually $3 and some change. To my surprise the girl at the window changed my order to an Americans because she didn't want to make a pot of coffee. She proceeded to charge me $4 and change. I didn't tell you to change my order.
