This is Ted and I have been coming here since they opened I think in 2000. Your staff is five stars. For the past 2 weeks the AC is not working and it's to warm to sit inside. I have to get coffee and sit in my car. Please fix the AC maybe you need a new one.
No human decency here just hourly paid individuals following their orders to deny restroom access for safe hand cleaning. Person there asked you buy something or just deny access, even if you’re a regular they don’t care. Either you buy or you don’t get access every single time. I have been going there before but not anymore, lack of empathy and human decency rule this place.
Paid for 2 cake pops went through on my end and they said on their end didn’t go through left without my cake pops but an active transaction spoke to Noah and told me it didn’t go through on their end but mines it did don’t make sense and still left with nothing after it took my money out !
