Yesterday I had a very unfortunate experience at your location. I am a regular customer and I come in almost every day to buy a Dragon Fruit Refresher and a Jalapeño Chicken Pocket. I usually pay through the app with my card, but yesterday, due to an issue with my cards, I had to pay in cash. I only had a $50 bill with me, and this was the first time I had ever been in this situation. The young man at the drive-thru window was very kind and did his best to find change. Love this Starbucks! Everyone is always so friendly and welcoming, and my drink is consistently made just right. You can tell the team works hard and keeps things moving while still being kind and upbeat. Definitely one of my favorite spots to stop for coffee! Also, shout to the shift lead Jeffrey! You are awesome!
