Was out of alot of stuff in dining room no napkins...and trash was overflowing
Hi! This review is for the manager who doesn't know starbucks policy on refills! It's an easy Google or chat gpt search to confirm! The policy updated to include everyone who dines in, not only gold members anymore! With the policy, any drink could be ordered initially but the only drink that can be use as "refilled " are regular coffees/ iced teas! I know you were caught on the semantics of "refill" and it could be a little confusing!
One day I order six shots and the cup is half full. Other days I order six shots of expresso and there's barely any in the bottom. But when there's barely any in the bottom you want to argue with me that it's six shots. It is Kings Mountain so... Don't expect their math to be right. (Update to company response) I guess you missed the part where I went in and asked about it and was arguing because they said I was wrong... I guess you missed that part. Now I'm seeing that the lack of attention to detail is from the top down.
