Was at this location this morning. They made my order wrong and then when I got to the window to pay, the girl told me the total, handed me the computer, I paid, handed me my drink and turned away. I asked if there was anything else, she said "nope" and turned away again. Horrible customer service at the windows. When I called to report it to the Contact Us on their site, I was told nothing could be done because I didn't have a receipt (which was never offered) and that I wasn't a rewards member so they couldn't do anything ... read more
If you want to get coffee fast at this location, place a mobile order or go through the drive-through. If you walk in the front door, they will make you wait and wait and wait. Friendly is not how I would describe the people that work at this location either.
