I order delivery or go pick up daily … at least 25.00 a day 7 days a week . At least half of those days drinks are messed up pick shows what I order and what what I got… no flavor no caramel and very bland so I pay more for what I get !!! Not happy!! Helotes or 1604 better
The drinks are good however the service and friendlyness of your staff lacks a lot occasionally. I get that there are rush hours, I understand if they are irritated or tired but that is not my fault as a customer. I don't need you to roll your eyes at me when I come back to the register and ask about my drink when they clearly yelled my name and handed the wrong drink. Please do better
