I started coming to this location due to a job change. The first few times, I was not satisfied but felt maybe your last location just set the bar high. Today I came for my usual, only to be disappointed again. I always get a drink and a bagel. Usually the bagel.comes out first. Today the drink came out first, with the bagel taking a much longer time than normal. And it was burnt. I had already arrived at work, was definitely not going back and upon trying, thats all you could taste. #Disappointed
Staff never once acknowledged or said hello to me and I stood at pick up for 8 minutes and I was the only one there waiting. Will ask for refund and go to Dutch Bros where they are nice!
Walked in, expecting a wait, nope ordered a "suitcase " coffee for a group. The 'barista" took my order, and filled it right away, very nice.
The cappuccino I received was extremely light and looked underfilled. Instead of fixing it, the staff tried to convince me that it was normal. Won't be coming back.
