The younger lady with black curly hair should not be working in customer service. I’ve been MANY times and EVERY TIME she is there she is extremely rude and gets extremely angry if you tell her it is the wrong drink… VERY disappointed
I come to this Starbucks atleast once a week and I’ve noticed that the service is much slower than usually and today when I went to pick up my order my sandwich cold like so cold the cheese hadn’t even slightly melted.
Craig was amazing quick service with a smile!! I only go to this location!
i’ve been going to this starbucks for several years now, but i came in a few days ago after crying just from having a rough day. and i don’t know if the worker who made my drink noticed that or not. but either way, he drew a bunch of cute doodles on my cup, like all over it (pretty sure it was a male employee). it was adorable, might’ve just been something he always does, and i know that workers always have to draw a little something on the cups, might’ve not even been meant for me, but it made my freaking day. i cried more ... read more
