I order a lot in my coffee, I get it, I understand. I’m here visiting and I went to starbucks and placed an online order so I don’t have to say all of it and it’ll be easier for the baristas and I. I went inside sat down and waited for them to make it but as the ticket came through I saw a girl pick it up read it and take it to her coworkers to show them I guess how much was on it. the coffee wasn’t made right and there was way too much ice, like im talking to the pony the coffee didn’t reach the top and the ice did . As someone that’s been a regular at this location since 2021 I’m disappointed. If I could give the service 0 stars I would. This place has really went downhill over the year since Jimbo left. The person taking my order was argumentative with me regarding the order not being right on the screen. They are never in a good mood. And they’ve been making the drinks less than mediocre. Minus Aydynlynns positive energy and friendliness this location sucks.
Geez... I just paid almost $8 for this hot coffee drink, don't get me wrong... the white chocolate mocha is to die for, but for that price... PLEASE fill the tiny cup.
i’ve gone to my fair share of starbucks and this location has the nicest employees!
