Awesome staff at this location!
Mobile order not ready when I arrived on my way to the train. Just a tall, black coffee. No telling where in the lineup my coffee was. No way to cancel my mobile order. Missed my train waiting for my coffee. Delays can happen, but there's no help in managing around the problem. Update in response to Starbucks' suggestion to get in touch: I actually tried to call customer service the morning it occurred, but the wait to talk to someone was >10 minutes.
