Poor customer service!
Used to come to this starbucks all the time with the wife and kids and friends, but no more. Walked in with the intention of picking up 4 drinks and some snacks for wife and kids to take home, but was refused service because I had a cup of tea, which the guy at the register said was an outside drink. I told him multiple times I was ordering stuff to go, and he very rudely said nope nope, you can't order. He was extremely rude and dismissive. Never heard of a business turning down money. Super nice staff Beautiful area to sip and chat with friends Great location
I take walks downtown and have stopped here multiple times to use the restroom. It was never a problem with the staff but today I was told I had to buy something to use the restroom.
