The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely makes an effort to get to know their regulars. My drink is always made perfectly (and quickly), even during a busy time, which I really appreciate. The store itself is clean, well-organized, and has a calm, comfortable vibe—perfect for grabbing a coffee on the go or staying a while to work or relax. It’s clear the team here takes pride in what they do. Consistently great service and quality—I’ll definitely keep coming back!
The employees were engaged in conversation and not focused on preparing the drinks. As a result, my tall cup was only about 80% full when it was handed to me. I am quite disappointed with the level of service I received.
