I thought Starbucks employees were supposed to be cheerful and at least greet you. NOT ANDREA!!! Didnt get not two words spoken to me. Stuck her hand out for my payment and just stared at me. She didn't even give me straws, people with no personality should not work in customer service
Very slow almost an hour for a matcha
Matcha was horrible, used to be so good and now it tastes so disgusting 🥲
I came into this Starbucks to get drinks and use the restroom because my 3 year old really had to go bad. I asked for the code and they immediately said you have to buy something in order to use the restroom. I told them that I was that my 3 year old has to use the restroom first and it’s an emergency and the manager was very passive aggressive and giving attitude trying to make me purchase something before my baby used the restroom… it was an emergency and kids can’t hold their bladder very well.
