I ordered a Strawberry Matcha Strato Frappuccino, but they gave me a hot drink instead. I actually wanted it iced. They remade it for me, but it was still wrong. I don’t even feel like going to this Starbucks again next time.
I ended up at the wrong location by accident and Tony was so kind and helpful! He offered to make my drinks here and save me the trip! Excellent customer service!
When I walked in the male employee that was currently working there (long hair large build) was extremely rude and disrespectful, spoke to me in a condescending way and I decided not to bother with it and just left. Very unfortunate experience.
