Not very friendly and slow. Gone in on multiple occasions for pickups and it's almost impossible to get employees to even acknowledge you.
This location is clean and the staff is friendly but my god it is SO aggressively air conditioned inside. It's 91 degrees outside and the lady next to me is legit wearing a coat. The man with her just put on a jacket, and I went to my car to dig through a bag of old clothes I wanted to donate just to look for something a little warmer to put over my long sleeve shirt. This location always goofs up with my order. I’ve avoided leaving a negative review in the past. I specifically ask for oat milk. They mention it on the label, but I’ve been given a drink with regular milk. I have had this happen to me at least 5 times now. I’ve returned it once however I can’t do that every time.
I mean it's Starbucks coffee so have low expectations for that, and even lower because I haven't seen a single blue-haired employee. Aside from that it's a super cute space and great for getting work done, customer service is very polite, professional, and they keep the space extremely clean.
