I ask for extra sweet cream and you guys remade it wrong twice. I’ve never had any issue with other Starbucks around. The second picture is from another Starbucks I add extra of everything in order to make up for the light ice and this location still skimps you.
I think her name was Michelle I always order the same thing (Oatmilk lavender matcha with light ice extra foam and 6 scoops matcha) but this time the way she made the drink was absolutely perfect! I will be coming back and asking her to make it again!
I had previously placed an order through the mobile app, and when I got to the drive-thru window, I encountered Employee John, who was quite rude. He insisted that I should have ordered 12-15 minutes earlier. However, I had actually placed my order just 10 minutes before arriving, and it likely had just appeared on their screen.
