Honestly, the staff at this Starbucks are kind of confusing. I’ve ordered here a few times, and on two occasions I was told they couldn’t make my matcha latte without ice. I order matcha lattes all the time, and no other location has ever said that. The Starbucks app even has a “no ice” option, so I don’t understand why it’s an issue here. They did remake my drink, but the second one still wasn’t right and was missing the strawberry purée. Overall, it’s been a pretty frustrating experience at this location.
The coffee is not as good as it used to be whoever the new people are they don't know how to make coffee
