I would give 5 stars because I really like the baristas at this store. Everybody is always friendly and my order is usually quick and accurate. But it's way too hot in there. If it's this warm for the customers, I can't image how warm the employees are. Poor things have been looking really flushed and tired every time I go in lately. Honestly, the staff at this Starbucks are kind of confusing. I’ve ordered here a few times, and on two occasions I was told they couldn’t make my matcha latte without ice. I order matcha lattes all the time, and no other location has ever said that. The Starbucks app even has a “no ice” option, so I don’t understand why it’s an issue here. They did remake my drink, but the second one still wasn’t right and was missing the strawberry purée. Overall, it’s been a pretty frustrating experience at this location.
The coffee is not as good as it used to be whoever the new people are they don't know how to make coffee
