Had a wonderful experience today. Barista Evey made my day. Other store made latte wrong, she fixed and gave it for free. Nice
I had a great experience, over the weekend I went through the drive though and Gracie and drew are amazing! They gave me such a welcoming feeling that I made the decision to go to this location permanently. Well today Angelo was at the window and what a 180. Please retrain on customer service, besides that highly recommended this location
Annalie was absolutely wonderful—kind, patient, and genuinely happy to help. She took the time to give us great drink recommendations and made sure all of our preferences were accommodated. Her positive attitude and attention to detail really stood out and made our experience even better. The staff here go above and beyond, and their kindness does not go unnoticed. I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for great service and a welcoming atmosphere!
Too busy on Saturday morning. Took 30 minutes to get my mobile order. Everything else is just an ordinary Starbucks minus the speed to my order due to the amount of orders. Wish they would better implement the system where the drive thru orders are taking the highest priority.
