Huge regular. I live down the street, Ordered my drink at 8:04 on the Starbucks app and said to be ready at 8:09, I received my drink at 8:22 making me late to work. IF you order mobile app make sure you are 13 min later than the recommended time. I will drive 6 min out my way to the other Starbucks that will have it ready on time than stare down the staff inside begging my drink to be made. Customized it to be extra hot and i received a luke warm drink.
I have a rant about ONE employee !!. I use this Starbucks all the time. All the employees are great. With one exception, Molly. I have had 2 interactions with her the first I chalked up to what I order or her having a bad day but today she was just rude. I order a Frappuccino with soy milk…and normal toppings. I know the soy milk throws them off so sometimes they wait til I get there to add whip cream. When I got there this morning I noticed my frap was missing whip cream, I asked Molly to add it.
