This is the second time Lexus has forgotten my drink while taking my order, and I’ve had to wait more than 10 minutes. Seeing customers who ordered after me get their drinks first while receiving no apology or explanation is incredibly frustrating. The attitude and lack of customer service are unacceptable. I no longer enjoy coming to this Starbucks when Lexus is working.
Solid service! A good burger and a great shake. Will definitely stop there again.
