I stop by Starbucks pretty often, but this was my first time at this location, and it definitely left a good impression. It has a much calmer, more relaxed vibe than many of the other stores I’ve visited, making it a great place to enjoy your coffee without feeling rushed. I also noticed they had a really nice selection of mugs, tumblers, and other merchandise, which was fun to browse while waiting for my drink. Worst customer service. Store manager overcharged me and said would do a refund but ended up charging me again. I waited there for so long to get the refund processed. Very incompetent staff and poor customer service. Do not go there! Starbucks you need to hire better people.
