I love starbucks coffee! But today was not a great experience. The person at the drive thru lacked a lot of sincerity. I have noticed that more recently at starbucks locations. My recommendation to starbucks is to hire people of integrity.

Very disappointed I only came because last time my drink was great today is 9/17 at 515am I came spent over 13$ and gave a tip as well just to get a drink that was stuffed with ice drink wasn’t the way I asked because I even informed I had sugar problems and was told ok I understand paid for a venti just to see that it was a grande poured into a venti with extra ice nothing was correct and couldn’t say anything because I had to be at work after this I’m just continue going to Dutch bros in Denton at least I’ll get what I pai... read more
