The parking at this Starbucks is very tight and it takes a while to get in and out. Also, in my interactions with Abby, I personally felt her service came across as rude. Hoping the overall customer experience improves.
Went in due to drive thru to long, wish I would’ve kept going never got order kids didn’t care. Very dirty and unprofessional inside
I came through the drive through ordered my coffee, I had to turn back in and come inside because I don’t order espresso without creamer. I told them that it taste like back coffee. They remade it with a nasty attitude, as I was leaving they all actually had laughed at me. I just thought that was so nice! Considering I could’ve been rude, I’ll just rate the service one star. Second time stopping at this particular store, neither time eas my drink made right. Will be avoiding this store from now on.
