Ordered from cashier, not app. My name was incorrectly written and incorrectly announced, and did not announce drink/size. Waited more than 15minutes. Experiences at other starbucks rarely mess up an Americano with a side of milk. Store wasn't loud and I spoke clearly, order was repeated before confirming.
