Incredibly slow and order ends up wrong.
I came to this establishment this morning and purchased three Frappuccinos; only later did I discover they had no straws. I asked the employee how I was expected to drink the coffee, and she responded that I could go to another location to request one. Incredible, this is unacceptable! Today, people lack the basic courtesy to apologize or look for ways to assist customers. Not even McDonald's offers this type of service.
