Starbucks is always great. Strong wifi. But this place is unusually loud. But you should still visit.
After my most recent experience at this location I was trespassed and after I checked my audio recording that I had on that day I confirmed that they did in fact lie on me and I have proof. I have the entire interaction recorded and they say that I was "yelling and cursing". On my video i played back of myself i never used not one curse word and my voice was elevated because of my disdain for the way I was treated. I started coming to Starbucks in Sept of 2024 after I loss my Mother. I felt like coffee was a way that I could continue to connect with my Mom because its something she enjoyed so much in life. One of the first bariatas I ever met made a drink for me that I absolutely loved so I started coming to get it everyday. I soon noticed that some people didnt really enjoy making that drink and its probably because you actually have to take a few extra seconds to add the caramel. ordered my coffee on the app with extra ice. When I received it,there was hardly any ice in the drink at all so I called back and spoke with management. She asked for my name and said she wrote me down for a replacement drink. I called this morning to make sure I could come get my drink today and I was told that there was no record of me calling. I have a screenshot of when I called yesterday and a screenshot on the app of the drink I ordered. This location has been very nasty towards myself and my family
