I had the most appalling, disappointing and unacceptable experience at this location around 10:35am in the drive thru on 9/6/26. I placed my mobile order in the parking lot. I headed towards the drive thru. Gave my name at the intercom. Was told the mobile order just came in and they would need a few minutes. I said okay. I pulled up to the window.
