I order from my phone most the time and usually they get my order wrong. Even when ordering in person. I paid extra to have sweet cream added to my matcha latte and they didn't put any. My drink literally tasted like milk.
I get the pumpkin cream matcha every day since it’s dropped. It’s been great until today. It was straight water tasting. Nothing but a cup of ice. $8 cup of ice at that.
Go to another shop, they dont know how to make the drinks nor the amount to be made. Ordered a caramel ribbon crunch frappe and this is the amount of the drink they made! I dint even take a sip. TERRIBLE.
Every person I’ve had an encounter with has had a horrible attitude. I’ve gotten eyes rolled at me, and people muttering under their breath thinking I couldn’t hear them but I did. Just bad customer service over all.
