I order from my phone most mornings. There’s been a few times I’ve had the go back through the drive through because I my coffee taste horrible and not normal. This morning really frustrated me as I paid for a double shot grande Carmel frappe. I know the lady in the drive through knows I looked at her crazy when she handed me my drink. Went to drive thru ordered a breakfast sandwich which was good and a medium sized pink drink. The drink cup was filled more than 3/4 full of ice. Got 2 sips through a straw. How much did I pay for this? RIP OFF.
