I went to get my coffee as usual this morning, my food and drinks were delightful as always. But the lack of customer service from the girl with the long black hair working the drive through window was absolutely atrocious!! She had the absolute worst attitude all the way from the speaker to my checkout. Not a single smile, the most monotone, bland, lifeless, lack of conversation I’ve ever had. I love this place.
One of the worst Starbucks in Sacramento cheap cups don’t get the mixtures right I had a bunch of lames that show up here. Reminds me why I don’t get coffee at Starbucks. Make your own coffee. It will taste much better.
There wasn’t any customer service. And when I was able to get someone attention it was as if I was a bother. I believe the staff need better guidance.
