I usually have nice encounters with the baristas at this starbucks that I frequent, but tonight the woman at the drive thru window was extremely rude. This is my second encounter with her, she is blonde, was wearing a black long sleeve, and hair scrunchie. The first encounter was off putting and rude as well, but I chalked it up to her having a bad day. Go to the other Starbucks in town. Customer service is awful. They will walk away from you when you’re mid sentence
We went through yesterday and experienced absolutely terrible customer service. It was the blonde girl working on 10/25/25 at 10:50 AM, drawer 2, Reg 3. She was very rude, refused to let me use two forms of payment, as I had a gift card and wanted to put the rest on my debit card. She literally waived her finger at me and said no, we're not doing that today. Then when I asked for my receipt, she got a bigger attitude and acted like she was furious.
