We were just passing through Pullman but one barista (the blonde one, i think her name was Emma) was really kind and gave us some ideas for things to do in the area. She was super friendly and made our trip to Starbucks better than ordinary.
Terrible quantities of coffee , I ordered a double shot cappuchino and the quantity of coffee is less than half. So less that the double shot is overpowering, no balance of taste at all
Great staff, they handed out free drinks and were very helpful with my spilled drink, they even offered a free replacement! I wish more of the charging ports worked, but everything else is perfect
