Great staff, they handed out free drinks and were very helpful with my spilled drink, they even offered a free replacement! I wish more of the charging ports worked, but everything else is perfect
Longest wait ever.
I had a not very good experience at this Starbucks in Pullman. I arrived and waited for a while without being helped right away. I don’t speak much English, but I tried to order in the way I have normally been understood at other places. However, I felt that the person who assisted me was not being very clear with me and even tried to correct me in a way that made me feel uncomfortable, as if there was a lack of understanding in the communication.
