Unfortunately the quality of this establishment has decreased quite a bit. I’ve had 3 rude interactions in a row. The workers are angry during peak hours and the coffee quality suffers because of it. It’s unfortunate that it gets so busy at 7am, but there are other coffee shops in Pullman that can keep up with the rush without taking their anger out on customers.
We were just passing through Pullman but one barista (the blonde one, i think her name was Emma) was really kind and gave us some ideas for things to do in the area. She was super friendly and made our trip to Starbucks better than ordinary.
