I had a not very good experience at this Starbucks in Pullman. I arrived and waited for a while without being helped right away. I don’t speak much English, but I tried to order in the way I have normally been understood at other places. It’s getting to the point where I would rather drive across town to go to a different Starbucks, because this one is so bad. If you mobile order, you’ll get there at the time the apps says and the baristas will still make it seem like a problem that you showed up before THEY were ready. If you show up and order, they won’t get your drink right. Emma working the drive thru, if you hate your job so much, find one where you don’t have to speak to people.
