Staff really suck They actually close there cafe by saying shortage of staff Son only they serving people at drive through And they were4 people inside the store that i could see . I asked as we placed an order by mobile app I can get that at drive through as others having but can i just use restroom and one of them told me just read this paper that we put on the door and that paper was saying just saying cafe closed only drive through and just before us she allowed someone to come inside and for the same reason i was asking... read more
They recently fired my favorite barista, a sweet young woman with a disability. Apparently this location doesn't make accommodations for individuals like her. She couldn't write a customer's name on a cup. Seriously, that's why you fire her? She did an amazing job and was always kind. Sounds like discrimination to me. Management should be ashamed. Hope she sues.
