I haven’t been so impressed at a Starbucks in a long time. The team of 3 women worked as a fine oiled machine this morning. They had a mad rush of mobile, drive through and cafe orders all at once and handled it calmly and efficiently. They never sounded rushed or stressed in interactions with customers and worked as a team so well! Well done ladies.

We were there 35 minutes for 1 drink and a spinach feta wrap. I understand Saturdays can be busy, but if the workers can't handle it more people need to be hired. Drinks were not made in the correct order. It seemed no one knew how to use the microwave to heat up the wrap. Maybe more training on how to be efficient🤷🏽‍♀️

For the Store Manager and Regional Manager. Your morning crew is often serving lukewarm, not standard hot, latte's on a regularly basis. If we are paying $6 a cup this crew needs to stop rushing drinks and make them to the Starbucks standard of what HOT is. Consider a reteach for your morning barista's. Clearly your morning team is trying to take short cuts by under heating. Sounds petty but I come here often enough for this to be a regular issue.
