Ria provided some of the best customer service I’ve had at Starbucks. She was friendly, kind, professional, and made me feel very welcomed. She helped me learn about the new menu items, which very helpful. What stood out most was how easy she was to talk to and how personal the experience felt. Her smile and kindness made my day better and made me want to recommend this Starbucks to others. Ria deserves recognition, an award, and a promotion for the way she treats customers and the positive experience she creates.
No one greeted me coming in. Maybe it was super early. Once my order was ready she just sat it down and walked away. Glad I was paying attention. First time at this Fairfax VA location.
