Took over 30 minutes to get my drink and then didn’t even give me the right drink. Even better the employee tried to tell me the drink was correct when it clearly wasn’t.
Love my coffee
I come to this location EVERYDAY. Normally I have a great experience and I spend a lot of money being that I’m there every single day the employees that were once there were great and knew my order and conversed with me and made sure my drinks were made with flat lids. The new morning crew specifically the black lady are very rude. I ask for them to please switch my lids (youd think she’d make my drinks right since I’m there daily) and she’s always rude and reply’s IT IS.
