Very friendly staff. Our drinks were made well
Unfortunately today’s customer service was disappointing. A young lady rushed my order, gave me the wrong item then disputed the order I placed. She then dropped my cup in my hand as if she did not want to hand it to me. There was a manager on board who I told that the young lady was very rude and she in returned said sorry, but they all seem to make light of the situation. Kindness can make the world a better place if only we try.
