rude staff that look at you sideways when you reiterate your order at the window when they get it wrong and blame it on their “bad speaker” even though my order was repeated back to me at the speaker perfectly. accountability is key with any employment that has anything to do with customer service and this specific staffing at this location has none.
Went through the drive-thru today with my dog because it was too hot to bring him inside and asked for a pup cup. The employee asked if I was buying anything, and when I said no, she replied, “Unfortunately I can’t do that, you have to buy something first.” Imagine losing a potential lifelong customer over a small cup of whipped cream that costs pennies.
