I am writing to express my concern regarding the behavior of the manager and their staff. The manager was extremely rude, and when the employees arrived, they took all of the cups. The manager personally took three cups and stated that each of his employees only took one. However, I clearly observed each of them taking two cups. In the end, they left only two of the new cups and took the rest. This behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable. I love this location so much, it’s in a super convenient spot and the staff are always really nice, I got an iced shaken espresso and had a nice conversation with one of the openers who was really awesome despite there being a crazy line outside, I will be coming again soon!
