Usually great here, but super slow today… 25 mins for mobile order of two simple drinks is wild. Employees joking around and cleaning(?) instead of making the drinks… not even a sorry for the wait.
Ordered 3 drinks. Vanilla frappe came out 75% ice, I tasted coffee in my caramel frappe and all the drinks had too much ice even though I asked for less ice. Service was good but the drinks were very disappointing.
My dragon drink tasted like milk and it was pink
This is the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to in my life. They were also very CURT at the speaker and at the window as if customers showing up to buy drinks was an interruption to their day.
