I have been trying to change my review for several days. I did have a bad experience at this location a few days ago for which I left a negative review. Since then, I called the store and spoke to an assistant manager, David. David has resolved the issue for me and apologized for the experience and I am satisfied with the outcome. First of all, I was very disappointed by the behavior of the manager at this Starbucks location. While I was waiting for my coffee, I overheard her speaking negatively about employees to another coworker in front of customers. I found this highly unprofessional and disrespectful. As a customer, it was uncomfortable to witness a manager discussing staff issues publicly.
