Just had a worker tell me that the refreshers have approximately 150mg of extra caffeine compared to their coffee drinks. This is false. I looked this up and she told me egregiously incorrect information. tell your staff to not give answers they dont know the correct answer for. I asked her if she knew off the top of her head and she answered like she did. Its okay if you dont know! Just say so and dont lie!!!
Always good and predictable (that's a good thing)...
Other than parking being insane it was great.
Slowest Starbuck by far. It's no wonder they're having financial issues. Literally 30 minutes in the drive thru. A different day I came inside to order, hoping it would be faster. Nope, they didn't even take my order for 10 minutes. I was the only person in line. Save yourself time and go somewhere else.
