Phil just made my day with his positive attitude! This has been my neighborhood Starbucks for a few years and is generally consistent and has great people/management. I feel like the Starbucks drive thru, especially the morning shift, takes a very unique person. Phil is the ideal - positive AND genuine … and awake. Sometimes I’m like how are these people surrounded by caffeine and asleep/grumpy taking my order. Kudos to Phil!
I asked for pumpkin bread not to be heated. Arrived heated. I asked barista if he heated and he denied heating. Not very friendly attitude
I left a book signing and wanted a drink before I drove back to the springs. I didn't check the hours. I showed up, the door was unlocked. I ordered. They were so nice and friendly. I didn't realize that they were closed when I walked in. They didn't say anything and they were beyond friendly. Shout out to the woman working the counter tonight
