Understaffed, but friendly.
I have given this place multiple chances. I’m done. Quality control here is terrible. The lattes are awful. It’s not a one off. It’s every time. The white lady with tats doesn’t know what she is doing. Why is the taste here so different than all of the other Starbucks?
Took 30 minutes to get an iced and hot matcha with a bagel and wrap. 25 cars went through the drive thru while I waited.
