I pulled off the highway, drove for 10 minutes to get here to get a nitro brew, use the bathroom and fill up my water bottle. The young woman working said that they didn’t have any cold brew. When I asked her to fill up my water bottle, she said she couldn’t because I had to purchase something. On 06/22, I stopped by this SB location—just a few minutes from where I originally got my drinks—because the first store forgot to give me a cup of ice. Simple request, right? Apparently not. The moment I asked, I was hit with a ridiculous refusal and told to drive back to the original store if I wanted ice. Seriously? Out of disbelief, I walked inside to make sure I didn’t mishear such absurdity.
