On 06/22, I stopped by this SB location—just a few minutes from where I originally got my drinks—because the first store forgot to give me a cup of ice. Simple request, right? Apparently not. The moment I asked, I was hit with a ridiculous refusal and told to drive back to the original store if I wanted ice. Seriously? Out of disbelief, I walked inside to make sure I didn’t mishear such absurdity.
