Great shop. The customer service here is always top notch. I had to refund a purchase because of a mistake on my part, and Kelly was patient, helpful, and awesome!
Moderate location
I came in because I was waiting for my tire to be patched. When the barista heard that I had had a flat tire that morning, she treated me to a coffee. So sweet and unexpected. Thank you!!!
I ordered a simple medium drink through the drive though. I used a gift card to pay and the man at the window scanned it only to give me the wrong order. Fine, mistakes happen. But the issue is he didn’t refund me for what I paid for that wasn’t mine and still made me pay for mine, at which point there wasn’t enough on the gift card to cover it so I had to pay for mine regardless even though I had a gift card.
