I paid over $12 for a tall drink and a cake pop. The service was incredibly slow, taking over 20 minutes for my one drink despite me tipping. I get that it can be crowded, but many people who walked in after me got their drinks first. I paid extra for an extra topping in my drink only to not get it. I also asked for light ice and didn't get it. The atmosphere was fine, and the workers seemed sweet, but when I asked a worker what was happening, they just said I had to wait
The employees here, especially at the drive-thru have always treated me and my dog with the best attitude and treatment!
Had a $10 gift card and wanted to treat myself on a Friday with an iced coffee. I ordered the Salted Caramel Cold Brew coffee. The timing on the app was almost dead on. I usually don't like Starbucks because it's too strong for me, but I have to admit this Cold Brew was absolutely delicious.
