My latte that’s supposed to have HALF a pump of caramel tastes like a caramel explosion went off in my cup. The label clearly didn’t print properly as it shows 5 pumps and doesn’t have “decaf” clearly printed either. I can’t risk drinking this, if it’s not actually decaf. And regardless, it tastes too sweet — not what was ordered. Change the ink cartridge in your printer for Pete’s sake! I wish this was an isolated incident but this has happened so many times.
