Stood in line at counter for 20 minutes on a Sunday morning while 3 workers were busy fulfilling to-go/mobile orders. Didn’t even acknowledge the growing crowd of customers. I was upset and told girl at counter she could have at least acknowledged us & day they’ll be with us shortly. She listened but didn’t apologize.
Very slow, unable to prioritize orders we waited over 15 minutes For our drinks, and when they came out, they were cold in our orders were wrong. Seemed like they were more worried about closing up to go home than making anybody’s coffee store filled up with people and they talked about not sweeping when you clearly see trash on the floor very disappointing. If that was my only Starbucks experience I’d never come back..
2 cups of Coffee grind, new person? Never had this happen in the past.
