The place is a JOKE, EMPLOYEES ARE ALWAYS LATE & NEVER READY TO SERVE THE CUSTOMERS. THE OWNER SHOULD FIRE THE MANAGER & EMPLOYEES AND START OVER. THIS HAPPENS EVER TIME I GO THERE TO THE POINT I NOW BRING MY OWN COFFEE POT & BLUEBERRY MUFFINS. I DONT KNOW HOW THIS STARBUCKS STAYS IN BUSINESS!!!
Asked for decaf, said they couldn't make any, because people that want regular would get upset.
My husband and I arranged to spend our anniversary here, the check in, room choice (new tower) was great with no complaints at all. The only thing we was missing was a directory with information in our room to the restaurants and other amenities. The casino was freezing cold which several guest complained about. My husband enjoyed the game selection in the casino play area.
